20+ Tasty, Healthy Recipes – 30 Minutes or Less {Vegan and Gluten-Free}

December 20, 2015 By Christina ChitwoodGiveaways, Nutrition, Recipes

Do you struggle to have enough time to cook? Are you needing healthy recipes that are quick and tasty? Healthy eating is a great focus for the New Year as well as throughout the year. Here are 20+ tasty, healthy recipes that you can make even when you’re short on time. Now you can eat healthy any day you want to!

20+ Tasty, Healthy Recipes – 30 Minutes or Less {Vegan and Gluten-Free}

20+ Tasty, Healthy Recipes

These 20+ recipes are not only healthy … they are also vegan and gluten-free! To go to the full article or recipe, just click on each Pinterest pin.

I love healthy soups all throughout the year. This healthy curried butternut squash soup from Minimalist Baker looks so delicious.

I love the super quick, 5-minute prep time on this Thai carrot soup from Minimalist Baker.

Not a flavor of soup you hear of every day (from Feasting at Home).

If you think healthy salads are boring, this salad from The Glowing Fridge may change your mind.

If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to rice, this cauliflower rice from Farm Fresh to You is a great option.

This yeast-free, gluten-free, and vegan flatbread from Keepin’ It Kind would go great with hummus or anything you like to serve with flatbread.

Wow! 5-minute hummus! Some healthy and extremely quick hummus to go with the flatbread or some vegetables (from The Wholesome Dish).

Yes! Lentil pasta … a pasta dish that’s gluten free and vegan from Tedi Sarah.

I’d serve this with lettuce, but you could also serve this tasty burger with a healthy gluten-free bun (from Running On Real Food).

Bummer … I can’t have spinach and artichoke dip anymore now that I’m eating vegan and gluten-free. Wait! You can have it using this recipe from It Doesnt Taste Like Chicken.

This coconut curry with quinoa is a great healthy, quick curry (from Minimalist Baker).

There’s something so great about having naan with curry. Now you can have it with this vegan and gluten-free cumin and black sesame naan (from Beard and Bonnet).

Do you like curry? How about sweet potato? Yes. You will be in for a wonderful surprise with this sweet potato noodle coconut curry (from Food Faith Fitness).

This is an interesting twist on sweet potatoes (from Minimalist Baker).

A different take on tomato stew with this eggplant onion tomato stew (from The Healthy Family and Home).

Yum! This one-pot vegan lentil curry with tomatoes looks delicious (from Avocado Pesto).

Calling all chili fans … this is my favorite take on chili to date (from The Pretty Bee).

Doesn’t this just look delicious?! An even healthier take on this dish would be to use spaghetti squash or zucchini spaghetti as the pasta (from The Healthy Family and Home).

A healthy quinoa vegetable stir fry from My Whole Food Life that is easy and definitely healthy.

Avocado chickpea lettuce wraps make for a great snack, appetizer, or smaller meal (from Gluten Free Vegan Pantry).

Mango is awesome! Can I say more? This kale salad also has lots of mango to make it extra tasty (from Collegiate Vegan).

Tom and I love butternut squash quinoa risottos. I’m a fan of risotto in general, but I prefer that quinoa is used instead of rice as it has more protein and is healthier (from Simply Quinoa).

    Tasty recipes that prove that being vegan dsnt mean cutting down on flavours and options.

    I do it for ethics only. It is great that people try veganism, but would be even better if they were aware of the good enviromental and ethical impact this lyfe-style implies.
