It’s Christmas Eve! I love Christmas Eve. It’s a time to spend with family and appreciate the wonderful things in your life!

Healthy and Happy Christmas Eve

You can enjoy a fun Christmas Eve and do good for your health at the same time! Don’t worry … you can still enjoy sweets and your favorite Christmas foods. 😉 Just make sure to have your juice and do something active.

1. Drink a glass of vegetable juice!

2. Do something active! Anything active.

3. Spend time with/talk with family and friends!

4. Write down 5 things you’re grateful for!

5. Play a fun game!
