BEST FITNESS PRESENTS UNDER $10
These are some great, useful fitness gifts for home use or travel! Most are smaller in size to begin with and, if not, they can be deflated to lessen the size for travel. Here are my recommendations for the best fitness presents under $10!
A stability disc is great for challenging balance and works well for simple to advanced exercises.
A pair of stability pods can be used for many types of fitness training. From agility to making any exercise more unstable by placing the pods under feet or hands, these stability pods will improve the effectiveness of exercise.
Fitness sliders, also known as gliding discs, can make most bodyweight exercises harder and more effective. They can also be used to allow feet to maintain contact with the floor and make certain exercises smoother, such as mountain climbers. These fitness sliders work on hard floors with the cotton cover and on carpeted floors by removing the cotton cover.
These resistance loop bands have four different resistances and are labeled from Light to X-Heavy. These are great for wrapping the band around the outside of your legs for exercises such as tube walking (since these bands are loops). They also work for most resistance band exercises.
Resistance tubes are a portable way to do resistance training, and they also don’t take up much space for home use. These tubes under $10 are available in a 25-pound and a 15-pound tube.
This pull-up assistance band provides 50-75 pounds of resistance. It’s also available for under $10 in a band that provides 25-50 pound resistance. These are great for learning how to do pull ups with good posture, increasing reps of pull ups, and especially working to get enough strength to be able to do pull ups with only bodyweight. It can also be used as a heavier, stronger resistance band for strength exercises. If the primary use is for pull up assistance and needing more help, a heavier resistance makes the pull ups easier. If the primary use is for resistance training, heavier resistance makes exercises harder.
This stretch band is firm and not stretchable on the black inside part of the band and is elastic and stretchable on the loops outside of the band.
These thera bands
are great for stretching, warming up, Pilates, and resistance training. Each of these bands are not looped like the resistance loop bands mentioned above. This is helpful for exercises where you want a longer length of band, are doing a great range of movement, and want to hold two ends in your hands.
A stainless steel shaker bottle is perfect for after-workout protein shakes and more. The stainless steel cup is safer to drink from than a completely plastic shaker cup. The lid and shaker part at the top of the cup are plastic, but where the drink will be sitting is stainless steel (which is the most important part, especially when left in a hot car).
Staying hydrated before, during, and after workouts is extremely important. This glass water bottle is a great way to promote drinking more water around workouts. It’s also safer to drink out of than a completely plastic water bottle.
