WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS WORKOUT

A Mat (This is the mat I’m using in the video: here. It has gone way up in price since I received it a couple years ago at the IDEA World Fitness Convention.)

A Water Bottle (Preferably a glass water bottle.)

Maybe a Sports Towel

FEEL-MORE-ENERGY PILATES & STRENGTH WORKOUT TUTORIAL

FUN, FULL-BODY, DANCE-STYLE WARMUP

Before you do the workout, make sure to do this warmup (blog post tutorial) first!

EXERCISES IN FEEL-MORE-ENERGY PILATES & STRENGTH WORKOUT – YOUTUBE VIDEOS

These exercise breakdowns are to help you learn each exercise, develop good posture, and become more knowledgeable about the exercises you’re performing. You can go through the breakdown of each exercise as many times as you’d like. I do recommend doing each exercise breakdown at least once to develop a better understanding of the workout. Even if you’re familiar with the exercise, it’s always helpful to review.

Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift Exercise – Super Glute Activator (blog post exercise tutorial)

Do this workout at least one time. You can repeat this workout however many times you want to make the workout longer. You can also do this workout and then add one or more of my other workouts.

I love how my body feels during and after each of these exercises! These are some of my favorite exercises as they are such effective exercises and are important for having good posture. I definitely feel more energy after I complete this workout, and I hope you do, too!
