Sunday, April 21st:
Today I slept in and made sure I got a lot of rest to help me get back my full health. I relaxed much of the morning and early afternoon. Once I was feeling better, I started to take care of some necessities.
In the evening, Tom and I worked out. By this point, I had much more energy. We did one of my workout creations (walking with weighted balls to do arm exercises during walking, full-body strength exercises, etc) + 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate. I’m feeling much better!
Day 148 complete. Yay! I’m feeling better!
Monday, April 22nd:
I started the day with a workout at Chuze Fitness. I did 20 minutes of intense bike intervals + full-body stretching.
Later in the day, I did a TurboFire workout. I did TurboFire Fire 30 Class.
After working in the morning and afternoon, there was a Kroc coaches’ meeting, some errands, and some work tasks completed.
I’m mostly back to full health now, just a little on the tired side.
Day 149 complete. I had a busy, productive day!
Tuesday, April 23rd:

I started the day off with a Pilates Matwork workout of my creation using Stott Pilates exercises. It was a 60-minute Pilates workout.
Then I got ready for my photo shoot. Today I’m modeling Ellie activewear clothes in Balboa Park! See the pictures here: Fitness Fun with Ellie Activewear at Balboa Park.
In the evening, Tom and I went to dinner at a Thai restaurant in Mission Valley and saw Oblivion at the movies!
I wore this Ellie outfit with heels!
Day 150 complete. It was a fun and exciting day!
Wednesday, April 24th:
I did some writing first thing in the morning today and took care of some necessities.
Then I worked out with Tom. We went for a walk around the park, and I did a 1-hour workout of my creation (walking while doing arm-strengthening exercises, strength exercises, and abs) + 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate.

I worked out in this outfit today!
I did some research and worked on my to-do list before working until 8:15pm. After work, Tom and I soaked our muscles in the hot tub. I did hot/cold therapy by soaking in the hot tub for about 15 minutes then getting in the pool. I repeated that once more.
Day 151 complete. I enjoyed my strength and walking workout today!
Thursday, April 25th:
I did some research, writing, and necessities to start the day.
Then I did a Zumba workout. I did the ZIN 44 DVD (approximately 45 minutes of Zumba dance cardio and toning) + 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate.
I worked through my to-do list and did some more research and work on my next fitness product before and after work today.

I wore this outfit to work today!
Day 152 complete!
Friday, April 26th:
I worked out at Chuze Fitness at 5:00am. I did 20 minutes of bike intervals + full-body stretching.
After work in the morning, Tom and I did one of my workout creations. I did my 45-minute workout creation (strength exercises, core work, and walking) + 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate.

I wore this shirt for work today, and it kept me warm on the ice!
I worked again and did some research and work on my next fitness product. In the evening, Tom and I spent some lovely time together!
Day 153 complete. It was a full, productive day!
Saturday, April 27th:
Today was my rest day from working out. After work, I ran some errands and got a deep-tissue massage. I took care of some necessities, worked on my next fitness product, and did some research before relaxing with Tom.

I wore the top in the photo below to work today!
Day 154 complete. I loved my deep-tissue massage!
It’s exciting doing more photo shoots again lately! I’m really enjoying it. I’m feeling great and in great health! It’s wonderful to feel healthy for these types of things. It’s so exciting to have completed 5 months of this experiment. This healthy lifestyle definitely feels like second nature now. Working out 6 days per week already was pretty natural, but my version of dairy-free, sugar-free, and gluten-free diet was not a part of my lifestyle. I’m loving it!
Yay! I’ve completed my 22nd week out of 26 weeks!
Be sure to check out my original 6-Month Nutrition and Fitness Experiment post for a list of all my posts and recipes!
My own variation of a sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free vegetarian diet:
Sugar-free consists of no sugar, sugar substitutes, honey, or other equivalent except for a small amount of preferably natural sweetener that is already in a product such as bread or whey protein.
Dairy-free includes a few exceptions. I’m including whey protein. I also have times of experimenting with Greek yogurt and regular yogurt to see if they are beneficial to me. In addition, I include eggs in my diet, which is a variation from a vegan diet.
Gluten-free also includes a few exceptions. I include Ezekiel Bread or sprouted bread, which is close to gluten-free in how it’s digested but not actually gluten-free. Some gluten-free plans say oats are fine and some do not. I include oats in my plan.
My fitness plan:
My exercise consists of workouts 6 days per week. The only exception can be if I do an additional workout on a day to count for one of the days or on a recovery week every few months.
