Active and Healthy Together Word Art Free Printable

August 14, 2014 By Christina ChitwoodFitness, Free Printables

Healthy and Active Together Word Art Free PrintableThis word art was inspired by the event of Tom’s and my 5-year wedding anniversary that we celebrated just over a week ago. Whether you are married or not, it’s a great goal to work together with your spouse or partner toward having an active and healthy life.

Even if one (or both) of you has health problems, you can still work toward having the healthiest possible life. I’ve written posts about how I cope with my low thyroid and vitiligo.

Active and Healthy Together Leads to a Great Life

Being active and healthy together can be done in many, many ways. Here are 5 ways to be healthy and active with your partner:

1. Go on walks together.

2. Cook healthy meals together.

3. Work out together.

4. Play a sport together

5. Pamper yourself together: get a couples massage, give each other a massage, take an Epsom bath or jacuzzi … spend any quality time together.

Working out a relationship needs an equal effort to both sides. It will never work out if only one person is trying to work things out.
