I am a smoothie lover! Not the kinds of smoothies that give you a sugar crash and are actually loaded with sorbet and frozen yogurt. I love the kind of smoothies that are good for you with fruit, whey protein, and vegetables!
I started to combine my vegetable juice in my smoothies! Voila! I began to love juicing. 🙂
How Do You Make Vegetable Juice Smoothies?

Loving Vegetable Juice
Now I love vegetable juice! I have for a couple years. What used to taste too strong now feels healthy and tastes good to me even on its own. It’s amazing how your taste changes over time. This is a great way to get kids, teens, or any age into drinking and liking vegetable juice! Who knows … maybe they will be hooked for life! 🙂
