There are many 12-week health and fitness planners. I’ve bought a 12-week planner before and found it very useful, but I wished it had dates for each day and all the features I wanted. You can start by committing 4-weeks, 6-weeks, or 12- weeks to using this planner and taking action, and see the difference!
The great thing is you can start this wherever in the year you’d like. Even if you buy it in November to use every day in December, you can do that. Even for the month of December you would have two daily planning pages for every day of the month, weekly planning for each week, weekly meal plans, weekly grocery shopping lists, December’s Goals, and December’s To-Do List … and, of course, you would still have the rest of the planner if you wanted to go back and track anything or use other months.

I am one of those people who always fail to plan properly for anything and that has costed me a great deal in the past.I work 15 hours a day and keeping track of everything becomes very hard at times. Coming across your planner will help me greatly. Is not too late yet for me. We are stil in match.
I set myself a new year resolution to set goals and stick to them this year and so far it’s made me 100 times more productive.
I’m going to check out the health planner I could do with some individual health targets too.
