MAKING FITNESS FUN!

Your lower body, especially our hip flexors, can get tight from sitting a lot. This lower-body flexibility routine is great for loosening up tightness from both inactivity and activity. The fact that it is a standing workout means you can do it anywhere and without any equipment.

What part of this workout is your favorite? Do you have a favorite exercise in this workout?

Have fun!
