Today, my husband, Tom, has joined me in co-authoring this blog post! Tom is a golf coach in San Diego, so he knows a thing or two about golf! 😉 Plus, I’ve definitely given Tom quite a few golf gifts over the years.

We have fun playing golf together when we get the chance. Plus, we also enjoy playing golf with our British parents (Tom’s parents) when they visit San Diego.

Golf is a fun lighter workout, especially if you walk the course. Just make sure to keep moving as much as possible because standing or sitting between shots will bring down your heart rate and will make a round of golf not as much of a workout.
