Individual Exercise Tutorials

Below are tutorials on how to do each individual exercise for the “Counting Stars” Workout!

Take your time learning each exercise, and communicate with your partner. It’s a good idea to put padding/matting around you and have someone spot you the first couple of times you try the exercises. If having a spotter isn’t possible, try holding onto a secure handrail, wall, or something sturdy that has open space around it. You want to make sure you have plenty of room around you both.

Bravo! I feel like you deserve a standing ovation! My husband and I are mismatched weight-wise, but I’m going to have to find a fit friend to try this with!

All of the videos are pretty educative both for couples and friends. To be honest by watching above videos I have learned some new technique of work-out. As a health conscious women I will try follow what I learned here. Thanks a lot 🙂

I met my fiance in the gym and we still workout together, even tho already 4 years passed. Working out together makes you feel each other better and helps to solve stress situations. I wish everyone to try this out, specially for those who feel little bit shy 🙂

Hi Tom and Christina, you guys are a huge inspiration for me! The word “relationship goals” come to mind when I see the two of you workout together. I think my partner and I are a long way from where you are (we are both pretty out of shape ha ha) but seeing your video gives me new motivation to get stronger. Cheers!
