    Sometimes it’s difficult not to jump on the junk food with so much of it around.

    I don’t think I’ll ever be able to not have it. I’ll just have to keep it in moderation, as a treat, rather than the norm.

    Junk food is everywhere and hard to avoid it.

    However, I do believe that when it comes to find a key to maintain a diet firstly you have to have an equipped kitchen. For example, I like to have my knives for every item which has to be cut in the kitchen. Therefore, I try to keep clean all fruits so they taste won’t be altered by the meat taste.
