Easter Week – a Time to Rejoice and Reflect

April 26, 2011 By Christina ChitwoodPerformance for Everyday Life

Easter is a time to rejoice!

This song and video is a beautiful reminder of the wonder surrounding the holiday.

Matt Maher – Because He Lives (Amen) [Official Lyric Video]

Easter week is also a great time for reflection … reflecting on wonderful memories, miraculous experiences, life changing events, or just simple lovely times. Maybe you feel the need to reflect on some difficult times in your life. Whatever your reflections are, there’s much to be learned from each experience.

Here are some great ways to reflect:

1. Talk with close family or friends.

2. Write in a journal or blog.

3. Dance or move the way you feel.

4. Sing, play music, draw, or do whatever passion your heart is telling you.

5. Meditate and/or pray.

These are all great ways to get in touch with yourself and discover the meaning of certain events. I’d love to hear about your Easter experiences. Happy Easter and a wonderful spring! 🙂
