Juice items in this order for best results. Then serve chilled.

1 large bunch of organic spinach

2 organic pears

2 organic celery hearts

2 organic limes

2lb organic carrots

Spinach

A very nutrient-dense food, spinach contains vitamins A, C, E, K, B2 and B6. Plenty of iron makes spinach a great choice for vegetarians and vegans. Spinach also has a range of minerals, including magnesium, selenium, calcium, phosphate, niacin and potassium. Popeye had the right idea!

Pears

Contain plenty of vitamin C to help boost your immune system. Pears also provide lots of vitamins B2, E, copper and potassium. Boron is also found in pears, which helps to retain calcium levels, which in turn helps maintain strong bones and fight osteoporosis.

Celery

Celery contains a large amount of dietary fiber with very few calories. Celery also contains a mixture of vitamins and minerals while giving a nice refreshing taste.

Limes

Limes contain a large amount of vitamin C. Vitamin C is essential to maintain many bodily functions such as immune system health, skin health, eye health and gum health. Limes are also considered a diabetic superfood by the American Diabetes Association due to their high levels of soluble fiber and low glycemic load.

Carrots

Carrots provide  the body with vitamin A and antioxidants. Vitamin A can help with vision (yes, the old tales are somewhat true!). Antioxidants help to stop cell oxidation and death.
