Toned abs and butt, two common goals in fitness, are covered in one exercise! Looking great in those jeans is a plus from this exercise.
Also, are you tired of waking up with a stiff body and not knowing what to do about it? This feel-good exercise will increase your spine’s flexibility and tone you up. It’s also a great warmup or strength exercise. The articulation of the spine in this exercise is great for body alinement and lengthening your spine. This is the perfect exercise to do just after you’ve rolled out of bed. All you need is a mat and your body.
The One-Day Hip Rolls Challenge
Aim to start this challenge first thing in the morning. If you can’t start this challenge until later in the day, it will give you that boost you need to finish your day off right. Pay attention to how you feel before performing this exercise for the first time of the day. Follow along with us in the video to get your first 16 Hip Rolls of the day. Watch the Hip Rolls Exercise – Toned Abs and Butt video.
To go for the gold, set an alarm every 20 minutes to repeat. If every 20 minutes doesn’t fit into your schedule, do another 2 sets of 8 hip rolls on every break or whenever you stand up. Remember to perform this exercise with the best possible form to get the most benefit. You can fit in your last 2 sets before getting into bed to set your posture up for a good night’s sleep. How many hip rolls did you fit in by the end of the day?
