People have different perceptions of a good fitness level. You can stop guessing and predicting what your fitness level is and test it to know your true level! The best part: itβs free and you can test your fitness level anywhere.
Here are the fitness tests: Easy At-Home Tests to See Your Fitness Level from KABC.
You can do the tests on your own β or better yet, plan to test with a friend to make it more fun! This can also be a family test where you all test and cheer each other on!
Whether your fitness levels are great or need improvement, you can set some fitness goals to improve or maintain your fitness. Set a date 4-6 weeks away and retest to see if youβre keeping your goals. Have fun and enjoy improving your fitness! π
Christina, the link to the fitness test is no longer working. I would really like to have a look at this test, do you by any chance have another link to it? Thanks.
Hi Thomas, Thanks for your comment. I just checked the link and it worked fine on my computer. Perhaps your computer needs an update. Please let me know it the link continues not to work for you. Thanks! π
The link is now working Christina, thanks. Must have been a temporary glitch.
I’m glad to hear the link is working again! Good luck with your fitness!
Very interesting. I wonder to which category I’ll get rated after the calculation π I’m not too good at push ups and flexibility trainings but I’d like to find out whether I’ll fall under five to seven.
I hope you enjoyed the fitness test, Bob! It’s always interesting to test yourself monthly or quarterly to see how you improve. Also, testing yourself is a great motivator for the days you’d rather not workout. π
