HOW TO MAKE A FRUIT HEART

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • 2 Bowls (I used 2 Pyrex containers (the size with the blue lids).)
    • 1 Plate or 1 Large Silicone Heart
    • 1 Container Strawberries (organic if possible)
    • 1 Container Raspberries (organic if possible)

Here are super-healthy ingredients: organic strawberries and organic raspberries. Wash the berries and cut the tops off the strawberries.

Place the raspberries onto a plate in the shape of a heart. I recommend placing one raspberry on each side at a time. This makes a more equal heart instead of doing one complete side of the heart and matching it.

With eye makeup, you can end up with a prettier, more equal look by doing one step on one eye and repeating that step on the other eye instead of doing all the steps on one eye and trying to match it. Making a fruit heart should use a similar process.

Continue placing all the raspberries one on each side until you have a raspberry heart outline.

Fill the inside of the heart with strawberries.

Voila! You have a super-simple fruit heart that’s oh so yummy!

For an even easier and quicker option, you can use a silicone heart-shaped pan and line the outside with strawberries and fill with raspberries. This is the perfect option for kids to do. It’s also great if you don’t want to worry about getting the heart shape right and want simplicity. Plus, it looks so pretty!
