If you stayed true to your health and fitness goals over the holidays, congratulations. If you took a detour and enjoyed a few too many holiday goodies, we want to help you get back on track for an awesome 2014.
New Year’s Juice Cleanse
Join us for a three-day vegetable juice cleanse starting the evening of January 1st. We will be making fresh vegetable juice every day and only having vegetable juice until the evening of the third day. We will drink lots of water throughout the cleanse to help detoxify our bodies and set ourselves up for a great New Year. Check with your physician if you haven’t done vegetable juicing or cleanses before.
Day 1
We will have our first vegetable juice of the cleanse an hour or two before bed on January 1st.
On January 2nd we will have approximately six 6-ounce fresh vegetable juices each.
Day 2
On January 3rd we will have approximately six 6-ounce fresh vegetable juices each.
Day 3
On January 4th we will have approximately four 6-ounce fresh vegetable juices each. Then, in the evening we will break the fast by eating a light and healthy evening meal.
The Next Few Days
We will have 6 small, healthy meals including vegetables, protein, complex carbohydrates, and some healthy fat. We will continue to drink lots of water.
