Multi-Planar Lunges – Lean, Sculpted Legs and Butt

Multi-Planar Lunges - Lean, Sculpted Legs and ButtDo you want lean, sculpted legs and butt? These are great bonuses from this super exercise that helps your lower body function at its optimum performance level.

Multi-Planar Lunges provide the benefits traditional lunges give as well as working your muscles on various planes to increase results and reduce overuse of the one plane.

One-Day Multi-Planar Lunge Challenge

Follow along with us in the Multi-Planar Lunges – Lean, Sculpted Legs and Butt Video. You will have completed 18 lunges on each leg to complete the challenge. If you want to do a more advanced challenge, see below.

World Lunger: 5 times through the video to complete 90 lunges on each leg. Or, 10 sets of 9 lunges on each leg.

International Lunger: 3 times through the video to complete 54 lunges on each leg. Or, 6 sets of 9 lunges on each leg.

National Lunger: 2 times through the video to complete 36 lunges on each leg. Or, 4 sets of 9 lunges on each leg.  

Local Lunger: 1 time through the video to complete 18 lunges on each leg. Or, 2 sets of 9 lunges on each leg.

    This is fun no need for any exercise equipment. Simple exercise routine can be done anywhere. Anytime even during warm up for a strenuous exercise routine. Concentrates in toning the legs and firming the butt as well. For those cellulite formations on the legs and butt this is a perfect exercise to loose them.
