Spiderman Exercise – Full-Body Strength

February 22, 2014 By Christina Chitwood30-Day Challenges, Exercises, Fitness

Spiderman Exercise - Full-Body StrengthAre you ready to work your full body? This fun exercise will work your entire body, especially your abs and shoulders.

The Spiderman exercise, also know as Spiderman walks, is a great strength exercise. You could use it at the end of your warmup, as part of your main strength, or to get your body moving before playing a sport.

One-Day Spiderman Challenge

Complete the challenge by following along with us in the Spiderman Exercise – Full-Body Strength Video. As you perform the Spiderman walks, you can imagine you are Spiderman climbing up buildings with bare hands. Don’t literally try climbing any buildings, please. 🙂 Feel up for a tougher challenge? See if you can be an Extreme Climber or Skyscraper Climber as described below!

Skyscraper Climber: 4 time through the video for 48 lengths total. Or, 8 sets of 6 lengths.

Extreme Climber: 2 times through the video for 24 lengths total. Or, 4 sets of 6 lengths.

Challenge Climber: 1 time through the video for 12 lengths total. Or, 2 sets of 6 lengths.

Indeed an intense workout part of metabolic exercise. Apart from the mountain climbing it does strengthen, tone, and develop the core. Shall i say a whole body exercise at that using the upper and lower extremities. It’s a whole body intense exercise – try it – it does work.

I think this exercise is quiet effective. The video is indeed very easy to follow and also when doing it you could also feel enjoyment while getting tired.
