TurboFire through the Week!

TurboFire through the WeekWeek 7: TurboFire through the Week!

This week has gone really well! The holiday sickness is in the past, and I’m healthy again. I’m back to my TurboFire workouts and feeling great! Read on below to find out more about my week.

Sunday, January 6th:

I woke up feeling good and ready to start working out intensely again! I chose a shorter workout to ease back into the high-intensity exercise.

My workout today was Fire 30 Class (A shorter workout but intense all the same) + full body stretching for 10 minutes on the Power Plate.

I completed the workout, and I was very happy to make it through with energy. It was more difficult than before I was sick as I’m still recovering, but I feel great for doing it!

Day 43 complete and back to a high-intensity workout!

Monday, January 7th:

I woke up feeling more tired today but overall feeling good. Getting back into the workouts is challenging my body. I was ready to take on the next workout, though!

My workout today was Fire 45 Class (This class is a fun and intense workout. It has some interesting and funny-looking movements! Lol)

We had yummy Lentil and Vegetable Stew that Chea made for dinner!

Day 44 complete and back into my intense workout schedule!

Tuesday, January 8th:

I felt much more energetic today! I’m making it through the week well, and my body is feeling good from the workouts.

My workout today was HIIT 20 Class (I find this class the easiest out of the HIIT workouts) + full body stretching for 10 minutes on the Power Plate.

Day 45 complete and feeling energetic!

Wednesday, January 9th:

Today Tom made a wonderful new dish for dinner! It was a gluten-free, dairy-free, meat-free Spaghetti Carbonara. It was delicious and served with tofu.

Today was my day off for workouts.

Day 46 complete. I love trying new meals!

Thursday, January 10th:

I made a gluten-free, dairy-free vegetable pizza tonight. It was so great to have pizza in a healthier form! I made it with rice cheese, which made it vegan. I will share the recipe online in the future!

My workout today was HIIT 20 Class + full body stretching 10 minutes on the Power Plate + my physical therapy exercises. (I went to physical therapy for tendinitis in my knees and elbows … something that came from years of competitive ice skating. I’m better now but need to keep up my exercises.)

Day 47 complete and excited to have made gluten-free, dairy-free pizza!

Friday, January 11th:

I started my day off with a workout.

Today I did Fire 30 Class + full body stretching for 10 minutes on Power Plate.

In the evening after work, Tom and I went to Fashion Valley Mall. I tried on a beautiful, vibrant-blue dress at Nordstrom. It was really great to try it on and see how my body is looking in different mirrors and clothes. I felt amazing! I especially loved how my legs and arms looked in the dress. I didn’t buy the dress, but I’d love to buy the dress in the future!

Day 48 complete and felt great trying on clothes!

Saturday, January 12th:

I planned to work out before work today, but I really needed the extra hour of sleep. So, I trusted my body and plan to do a double workout tomorrow. I feel it’s very important to listen to your body. If your body needs something, do it. If you just don’t want to work out, though, do the workout. If your body needs rest, give it rest. Giving my body the rest today paid off because I felt better later on.

Day 49 complete, and I made it through the week!

I’m so happy to have completed the work week successfully and to be back working out intensely again! I feel great! I still feel super about my healthy lifestyle with nutrition and fitness over the holidays. I’m motivated in my life, and I have my goals set for 2013!

Yay! I’ve completed my 7th of 26 weeks!

I’m sure to keep your health perfect and stress free TurboFire have done enormous job. I’m convinced that whatever workouts you’ve completed through is good for fitness and I’m just happy that you’re quite confident about reaching your goal. That’s the way to do it, so keep it up.
