Are you looking for a fun workout? I’ve created this upbeat, balletic, cardio dance workout for you!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS WORKOUT

A Water Bottle (Preferably a glass water bottle.)

Maybe a Sports Towel

FUN, FULL-BODY, DANCE-STYLE WARMUP

Before you do the workout, make sure to do this warmup (blog post tutorial) first!

BREAKDOWN OF UPBEAT, BALLETIC, CARDIO DANCE WORKOUT – YOUTUBE VIDEO

The breakdown is to help you learn the dance workout. Each section is broken down for easier and quicker learning. You can go through the breakdown as many times as you’d like. I do recommend doing the breakdown at least once to develop a better understanding of the dance workout.
