Individual Exercise Tutorials
Below are tutorials on how to do each individual exercise for the “Want To Want Me” Workout!
Take your time learning each exercise, and communicate with your partner. It’s a good idea to put padding/matting around you and have someone spot you the first couple of times you try the exercises. If having a spotter isn’t possible, try holding onto a secure handrail, wall, or something sturdy that has open space around it. You want to make sure you have plenty of room around you both.
Want To Want Me
In this workout you will both get to perform push ups, rotation, and leg press. All these exercises have the added bonus of instability. The instability comes from your partner. For both the push up and T plank rotation, you will have to resist your partner’s movements, not only pushing against you, but side to side as well.
Flying Bow Pose
We had so much fun creating this finishing pose. It requires strength, flexibility and communication.
