Why I Love Zumba

It’s no secret that I absolutely love to dance! I’d say it’s my favorite thing besides family and friends. I’m a professional ice dancer, and one of the main reasons I’ve loved ice dance is because it’s a mixture of dance and sport.

UPDATE: I no longer teach Zumba or am a Zumba instructor. I still think it’s a great form of exercise, though.

I’ve already written about the fitness and performance benefits of doing Zumba. Now, here’s why I love Zumba!

I love to dance. 

I love all dance styles. 

I love to move my body to music.

I love putting my personality into movement.

I love moving freely.

I love the music used in Zumba.

I love Zumba for exercise.

I love the way my body looks and feels with Zumba.

I love how much fun a Zumba class is to do.

I love the way I feel after a Zumba class.

I love how Zumba can be done anywhere and any time of day.

I love how Zumba makes me smile and have a good day.

I love how Zumba makes life more of a dance party.

Zumba is a way for me to dance every day and share my love of dance with individuals of all ages. I love brightening people’s days and helping them improve their health and fitness. Share the fun and joy of Zumba!
