V Sit Up Exercise – Flat Abs and Long Body in One

V Sit Up - Flat Abs and Long Body in OneAre you ready to stop wishing for that flat stomach? Even better, we want to give you an exercise to help make your body appear long and lean as well providing the benefit of having a flat stomach.

This take on the classic sit up is more enjoyable and useful than the traditional version. This exercise challenges your balance, therefore, engaging more muscles throughout your body.

The V Sit Up Challenge

Have fun with the one-day challenge. Choose a friend or family member to do this one-day challenge with you. Text, call, or e-mail each time you’re going to do the exercise. Follow along with us on the video and learn how to do the exercise with proper form to gain more benefit. Check out our V Sit Up Exercise – Flat Abs and Long Body in One Video!

Doing V Sit Ups with us will give you a total of 30. Then see how many V Sit Ups you can accumulate throughout the day between you and your workout buddy!

    I love the V sit up! Well it’s a love hate relationship I guess. Excellent choice because it’s so much more than just an ab exercise because the stabilizers get so heavily involved.

    A very effective way of flattening those fat tummies. This can to our daily routines and can be done with some friends.

    This V Sit Up Challenge is really cool and its easy to do as well. I would love to try these awesome exercise with my family and friends. I would love to get back my body in shape specially my stomach area.

    I tried the V sit up for just 5 minutes follow the video here and I felt my abs are burning. I guess that’s the fat that burns. The first few days I feel my abs is so pain that I couldn’t do anything but it does feel better after a week. Flat abs is around there for me!
