Hello to our Fit Body Full Life family! Since we started Fit Body Full Life a few years back, we have grown and evolved. It is so rewarding to see all the Fit Body Full Lifers who tune in to our blog and videos.

To perform this workout well, you will both need to rely on your own personal strength, posture, balance, control and coordination. More than that, though, you will also have to rely on communicating, moving and balancing as a team. Talk with each other before you start, during and afterwards to see if you can improve next time. Most of all, keep calm and have fun!
