    Hi Christina

I enjoyed the workout, however my knees felt shaky afterwards. I’m unsure what the shakiness around my knees is! During the cool down I noticed the shake more because when I was stretching my balance couldn’t cope because my knee (especially the right) was shaking so much. Any advice? During the workout I couldn’t flex my left leg (again because of balance)! As I said before, I enjoyed the workout. I think my right knee carries a lot of strain of my dislocated joint all those years ago and although I did the workout at my own pace, not your own, I still feel any exercise concentrating on my knees makes them shake afterward. :)x
