Are you looking for a fun cardio workout? I’ve created this bold cardio dance workout for you!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS WORKOUT

A Water Bottle (Preferably a glass water bottle.)

Maybe a Sports Towel

BOLD CARDIO DANCE WORKOUT TUTORIAL

FUN, FULL-BODY, DANCE-STYLE WARMUP

Before you do the workout, make sure to do this warmup (blog post tutorial) first!

BREAKDOWN OF BOLD CARDIO DANCE WORKOUT – YOUTUBE VIDEO

The breakdown is to help you learn the dance workout. Each section is broken down for easier and quicker learning. You can go through the breakdown as many times as you’d like. I do recommend doing the breakdown at least once to develop a better understanding of the dance workout.

Do this workout at least one time! You can repeat this workout however many times you want to make the workout longer. You can also do this workout and then add one or more of my other workouts.

Stud Earrings: Kate Spade (Also available here. Note: I normally wear sterling silver or 14 carrot gold earrings. These are gold plates. So, I only wear these for short periods of time.)

    Hi Christina

    I loved the breakdown! In fairness to me I felt I should have completed the breakdown more than once but didn’t this time. Going forward I would like to go over the breakdown or at least watch it a few times before going ahead with the workout. Every workout to date I’ve found really warms up my arms. :)x
