Bridge - The Buns of Steel ExerciseWouldn’t it be awesome to look just as great from behind as you do when viewed from the front? Get ready for the exercise that will give you that backside others envy! Plus, this exercise will give you stronger abs, legs, and back.

The Magical Glute Bridge

This exercise is not only a great functional, bodyweight exercise, it also makes your body feel better after performing it. Your gluteus muscles are the largest overall muscles in your body. Therefore, it’s imperative that your bottom is strong.

The 1-Day Bridge Challenge

Adjust this 1-day challenge to your desired intensity. Get your exercise of the day started now by following along with the video and complete your challenge in only 2 minutes! Want to make it more extreme? See how many sets of 15 reps you can do throughout the day. 14 sets equal 210 reps. How many reps will you do to meet your goal?!
