Dance workouts are my favorite workouts, and HIIT workouts have been a favorite of mine for a more intense workout … which led me to creating dance HIIT workouts! What better way to get in an intense and fun workout than combining dance workouts and HIIT workouts to make dance HIIT!

I debated this workout just because I saw HIIT in the title and remembered almost instantly my memories of trying out HIIT in the garage at yours! I persevered however and made it through! 🙂 I feel I wasn’t quite following you during the slow movements as much because you moved so fluidly and graceful. I prefer the slower workouts from days before but that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy the challenge of HIIT. I’ve noticed during the last three days my shoulders ache but they’ve always carried tension due to my disability. :)x
