WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS WORKOUT
A Mat (This is the mat I’m using in the video: here. It has gone way up in price since I received it a couple years ago at the IDEA World Fitness Convention.)
A Water Bottle (Preferably a glass water bottle.)
Maybe a Sports Towel

These exercise breakdowns are to help you learn each exercise, develop good posture, and become more knowledgeable about the exercises you’re performing. You can go through the breakdown of each exercise as many times as you’d like. I do recommend doing each exercise breakdown at least once to develop a better understanding of the workout. Even if you’re familiar with the exercise, it’s always helpful to review.
Leg Circles Exercise – Challenge Your Stability (blog post exercise tutorial)
V Sit Up Exercise – Flat Abs and Long Body in One (blog post exercise tutorial)
V sit ups with added twists for this workout! Do a v sit up followed by rotating each direction and repeat. Arms are long reaching toward the opposite wall during the v sit up, then hands are touching each elbow during the rotations.
Pulse Up Exercise – Beat the Belly Bulge (blog post exercise tutorial)
Back Extension – Solid Back and Stable Shoulders (blog post exercise tutorial)
Dorothies – Fun Cardio for a Toned Body (blog post exercise tutorial)
Alternating Leg Squat – Strong, Powerful Legs (blog post exercise tutorial)
