To develop a great looking tummy, 2 things have to happen.
1: Strengthen your trunk section and develop the abdominal muscles.
2: Strip away excess belly fat to help reveal your trunk muscles.
This exercise is a great move to help you develop your abdominal muscles. Like many abdominal and Pilates exercises, much of the difficulty is in controlling the movement and maintaining great posture. This means the better you get at the exercise, the harder you can make it for yourself. Aim for a small upward movement with your feet without swinging your legs back and forth.
The Challenge
Follow along with the video to perform 20 pulse ups with us. This is a great strengthening exercise, so try to push for that gold medal!
Gold Medal – 5 times through the video/100 reps
Silver Medal – 3 times through the video/60 reps
Bronze Medal – 2 times through the video/40 reps
Challenge Pass – Once through the video/20 reps
