Inchworm Exercise – Grow an Inch Taller

Day 28 - FBFL - Inchworms ExerciseWould like to grow an inch taller in 2 minutes? Yes? Sure you would. Inchworm exercise might just help you grow a little bit taller or at least increase your flexibility. Hamstrings and lats are 2 muscles that are prone to getting a bit tight, especially if you spend a lot of time at a desk. This exercise dynamically stretches your lats and hamstrings amongst other muscles, whilst also working your core and upper body. Also worth mentioning, it’s fun!!

The Challenge

Join in and follow along with the video to complete this challenge. For added difficulty, try to see how far up the ranks you can go.
