
When we hear of stability, it’s common to think of balancing when standing up. There are many ways to challenge your stability, including working your core stability even when lying down. This exercise is much harder than it looks. The more practice and better technique you have the tougher the exercise will feel.

Extreme Exerciser: Complete the video 5 times for 10 sets of 5 circles each way (each leg). You completed 100 circles with each leg!
Competent Exerciser: Complete the video 3 times for 6 sets of 5 circles each way (each leg). You completed 60 circles with each leg!
On-Your-Way Exerciser: Complete the video 2 times for 4 sets of 5 circles each way (each leg). You completed 40 circles with each leg!
