Lengthening Pilates and Strength Workout {Fitness Tutorial}

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS WORKOUT

A Mat (This is the mat I’m using in the video: here. It has gone way up in price since I received it a couple years ago at the IDEA World Fitness Convention.)

A Water Bottle (Preferably a glass water bottle.)

Maybe a Sports Towel

LENGTHENING BLASTER PILATES & STRENGTH WORKOUT TUTORIAL

FUN, FULL-BODY, DANCE-STYLE WARMUP

Before you do the workout, make sure to do this warmup (blog post tutorial) first!

EXERCISES IN LENGTHENING PILATES & STRENGTH WORKOUT – YOUTUBE VIDEOS

These exercise breakdowns are to help you learn each exercise, develop good posture, and become more knowledgeable about the exercises you’re performing. You can go through the breakdown of each exercise as many times as you’d like. I do recommend doing each exercise breakdown at least once to develop a better understanding of the workout. Even if you’re familiar with the exercise, it’s always helpful to review.

Do this workout at least one time. You can repeat this workout however many times you want to make the workout longer. You can also do this workout and then add one or more of my other workouts.

Do you wish you were taller or looked taller? It is actually possible to appear taller by lengthening your body through stretching and training your muscles, holding your body with good posture, and achieving your ideal body weight (your goal body weight and measurements achieved through a plant-based diet and working out over a consistent period of time). Each of these help with looking taller, and all three combined together can give someone the appearance of growing an inch  to a few inches.

This workout is filled with exercises that promote lengthening your body and strengthening to assist with good posture.
