Plank – A Great Core Stability Exercise

Plank - A Great Core Stability ExerciseAre you looking for chiseled abs, a flat stomach, and a toned body? Look no farther. The plank is an awesome go-to exercise. You can do it virtually anywhere. All you need is a flat surface (although, you could do an easier version with your arms against a raised area).

The Plank Challenge

This one-day challenge can be as intense as you want it to be. Follow along with us on the video to complete the challenge in only 2 minutes. Make it tougher by adding to that 2 minutes, and try to do as many 30 second planks you can. See how many minutes of planks can you accumulate during the day! We encourage you to set a goal that you try to reach during the day. Remember, it only counts if you’re in a good position using proper posture.     This is really amazing exercise, now i have to think to do it for next 30. bye the way thanks for sharing such a fitness ideas.

    Great post. I think this type of planks are good for lower and upper body strengthening. Thanks for sharing this one, I find this super amazing and its tremendously effective.
