Rotation jumps are a fantastic way to develop strength, power, speed and agility in your body. Strength, power, speed, and agility are useful for virtually any sport you could ever play. The added bonus of performing a plyometric exercise is it tends to elevate your heart rate and respiration rate, which gives your cardiovascular system a good workout as well. To get the most of the cardio effect, perform sets of rotation jumps in a circuit with other exercises.
