When in Rome! I just got back from visiting Rome, and I’m so excited to show you what chevron nail art I had on my nails! This is my favorite nail art yet.
Rome, Tour of Italy, and England Trip
Before my husband and I left for our trip, I planned to do my nails. However, I was so busy working and getting ready for the trip that I didn’t get a chance to do them. Good thing Jamberry Nail Wraps with TruShine Gel Enamel are so easy to pack and apply!
Yes, I brought my nail kit with me. Then I did my nails in our hotel room in Rome on the evening after we arrived.
We didn’t just visit Rome on this trip. We actually did our own mini-tour of Italy. The Italy trip was to celebrate our 5th and 6th anniversaries! We started in Rome, then went to Naples, followed by Amalfi Coast, ending with Venice and Jesolo (just outside of Venice).
Next, we traveled on to England to visit my husband’s family and some of our best friends. It was our first time meeting our new nephew, Matthew, who was only 6 weeks old!
It was an absolutely incredible trip!
How Long Did My Nail Wraps and Gel Nails Last?

Edgy and Gatsby Jamberry Nail Wraps with TruShine Gel
When choosing what designs to do on my nails for the trip, I wanted something classy and elegant that would go with anything. I knew I would be casual much
of the time, yet I would also be dressing up some. I also needed something that would last and look perfect for the visit. That’s where TruShine Gel comes in. It makes my nails look amazing for much longer, and there’s no chipping!
I love Edgy Jamberry Nail Wraps design, and it was perfect for Italy! I particularly enjoyed the metallic look of the gold in this nail wrap. When the light hit it, it looks even more amazing!
For my accent nail, I put Gatsby Jamberry Nail Wraps on my ring fingers. These two designs together look absolutely stunning!
After I applied my nail wraps, I put on one coat of TruShine Gel Enamel Base Coat, cured with the TruShine LED Curing Lamp, put on one coat of TrueShine Gel Enamel Top Coat, cured, cured one more time just to make sure, and then wiped my nails with rubbing alcohol to remove the tackiness.
These are my favorite nail wraps ever, and I will definitely wear them again!
