The Key to a Sculpted Butt
I know you want to know the answer! It’s strength exercises, cardiovascular exercise, posture, and flexibility.
Strength exercises to help sculpt your butt can consist of mainly glute-based exercises, lower-body exercises, full-body exercises, and core exercises.
Cardio exercise will help tone while you’re performing the exercise, but it will also sculpt by burning calories.
Good posture is so important in getting the most out of an exercise. You can do an exercise with weak posture, find it easy, and hardly get any benefit from the exercise. Or an exercise can be extremely effective when done with good posture.
Flexibility is important in gaining the full effectiveness of an exercise and contributes to proper posture. Tight hip flexors and quadriceps will affect the potential strength of your glutes.
The Cross Jacks Exercise for An Awesome Butt
I created this exercise variation inspired by sumo squats, jumping jacks, and rotation. It’s a fun way to get toning and cardio in that work your glutes! This exercise can be performed on its own, in a circuit, in between strength exercises, or in a HIIT workout.
Keep your abs tight and lengthen your body while performing the exercise. Push from your heels, rolling through your entire feet to jump and land softly on the balls of your feet.

Follow along with me to complete one set of this exercise. Repeat this video to do more sets. Challenge yourself further by performing the entire video three to four times for a total of 3-4 sets.
