Happy Pilates Day! Pilates helps to lengthen your body, strengthen your body (especially your abdominals), increase flexibility, and much more. Because Pilates has so many benefits, I include Pilates in the strength workouts I put together. I’ve created 15 Pilates and strength workouts that are all under 6 minutes!

15 PILATES AND STRENGTH WORKOUTS UNDER 6 MINUTES

Each of these Pilates and strength workouts is under 6 minutes long. You can do the workout on its own with just a warmup and cool-down or combine workouts together for a longer workout.
